Before working for BES as an Enterprise Coach, advising people on business, I worked in the finance industry for many years; including mortgage advisory positions, wealth management, insurance and pensions. Here at BES, I now support and advise people on the Work programme.
I’m married to Elaine (who owns her own hairdressing business), father to two children; Emily and George and own a beagle dog, Leo. My hobbies include supporting West Brom football club, dog walks and holidays.
Best part of my job:
The best part about working with me is that I become part of your business, I put myself in your shoes. I see myself as a doctor of self-employment, I listen to the facts (the symptoms) and diagnose them. I then come up with a plan (prescription) to alleviate any negative symptoms and strive for the perfect outcome and cure for their aspirations/dreams.
Best piece of advice I’ve ever received:
Remember the cup is half full and to count my blessings.
The biggest challenge I’ve overcome:
Losing my Mum and Brother.
