Compliance Administrator

Business Enterprise Support Ltd are a not for profit organisation which undertakes a variety of contracts to deliver social and community based projects in the Staffordshire area.

We are currently recruiting for a motivated Compliance Administrator, to work within a small, friendly team.

The main duties will include the monitoring of compliance of our 15 delivery partners against the ESF/Lottery guidance for our Building Better Opportunities programme.

Must have knowledge and experience of auditing and GDPR. An understanding of European funded programmes would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor compliance against ESF/Lottery guidance
  • Findings recorded and followed up
  • Investigate irregularities and non-compliance issues
  • Review marketing materials, presentations and websites to ensure compliance
  • Assist in the gathering of internal information

This is a part time post which can be home based, travel throughout Staffordshire will be required, therefore, applicants should have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.

The salary will be £22,000 pro rata for 3 days a week
