EMPLOYED POSITION

SENIOR MANAGER – DELIVERY


THE COMPANY

Business Enterprise Support Ltd is a successful social enterprise, a dept. of BIS registered enterprise agency and a company limited by guarantee. We are the largest geographical deliverer in the West Midlands for Business Link start up support. BES is also the West Midlands licensed Centre for SFEDI Accreditation.
BES also works with offenders both in prison and on their release into the community to help them recognise their own enterprising skills.


THE ROLE

To manage a team of self employed advisers and trainers
To provide business advice to start up Companies
To deliver training to start up Companies
To work as part of an established Senior Management Team
To be able to work within set targets


THE CANDIDATE

The candidate must be an experienced Business Adviser and have experience of running their own business. Must be SFEDI accredited or be willing to work towards the accreditation.


The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, be a creative thinker, enthusiastic, be able to work under own initiative.

In return we offer training, introduction to a network of other Business Advisers, the opportunity to become part of the West Midlands Business Support Professional network, a salary of £26,000 p.a. and 25 days holiday.
This is a full time employed position.

RURAL DELIVERY TEAM MEMBERS

THE ROLE

To provide business advice to start up Companies
To deliver training to start up Companies
To be able to work within set targets
To be able to work in rural Shropshire and/or Staffordshire



PRISON DELIVERY

THE ROLE

To deliver business advice and training in a prison environment and in the community
To be able to work within set targets
To be able to work throughout the West Midlands region


THE CANDIDATES

The candidates must be experienced Business Advisers and have previously run their own business. Must be SFEDI accredited or be willing to work towards the accreditation.

The successful candidates must be able to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, be creative thinkers, enthusiastic, be able to work under own initiative.

In return we offer training, introduction to a network of other Business Advisers, the opportunity to become part of the West Midlands Business Support Professional network. Both roles attract a daily rate of £165.
